Mike Zill is vice president of shared services at Vantive. In this role, he is responsible for expanding, optimizing, and driving efficiencies across the company’s shared services operations.
Zill brings more than 25 years of global leadership experience in high-tech and medical device industries, with a strong track record in digital transformation, cybersecurity, and process optimization. Before joining Vantive, Zill served as chief information officer and chief administrative officer at ACADIA Pharmaceuticals Inc. Prior to that, he was senior vice president of global shared services and business processes at Becton Dickinson, executive vice president and chief information officer at CareFusion, and chief information officer at ResMed Inc.
Zill holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Tennessee and a master’s degree in financial management from the University of Texas at Dallas. He serves on the board of Tourmo.ai, SIM San Diego, and the advisory board for the Tickle School of Engineering at the University of Tennessee.
